Q: What holidays are you closed?
A: Aside from outside our normal hours, we are closed only for major holidays if they fall on a work day (New Years day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) we close early on New Year’s Eve, and Christmas Eve. If it is not a major holiday we are OPEN for normal business hours. We do not observe special hours for bank holidays.

Q: If you don’t carry the product that I have, can I order it?
A: Yes! We are happy to order any product that we able to. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days depending on the distributor. If it is a product you use frequently, we would be happy to keep it in stock for you. This includes specialty pet foods, treats, or supplements.

Q: I have a small area that needs planting for lawn can I get a small amount of grass seed?
A: Yes! We sell several varieties of grass seed by the pound and can help you calculate how much you need. We also sell several clover and lawn alternative seeds by the pound.

Q: Do you make your own feed?
A: Yes! We are a working mill and have several Knittle & Frey branded products including feed for horses, cattle, diary, goats, sheep, swine, chickens, deer, and wild birds. Bag sizes can vary and we offer quantity discounts on our products as well as bulk pricing and wholesale.

Q: I am a business or farmer that is tax exempt, can I set up an account with you?
A: Yes! We can create you an account in our system that will remove the taxes, track your purchases by job, PO, or employee; send out monthly statements, and provide year-end report of your spending. Contact the store for details on creating an account.
